We proudly ship all K9 Odyssey products from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, using UPS and Canada Post for fast, reliable delivery.
Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and on time — with full transparency about shipping times, tracking, and import fees.
Processing Time
Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
If your order includes custom-made items, processing times may vary slightly — we’ll always notify you of any delay.
Shipping Methods & Rates
🇨🇦 Canada
- Standard Shipping (1–5 business days) — $10 CAD
- Free Shipping for orders over $99 CAD
- Fully tracked and insured
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
K9 Odyssey is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss once your package is in transit.
However, we’re happy to help resolve any issues and assist with carrier claims whenever possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
