We proudly ship all K9 Odyssey products from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, using UPS and DHL Express for fast, reliable delivery.

Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and on time β€” with full transparency about shipping times, tracking, and import fees.

Processing Time

Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
If your order includes custom-made items, processing times may vary slightly β€” we’ll always notify you of any delay.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard.

  • Standard Shipping (1–5 business days) β€” $10 CAD
  • Free UPS Shipping for orders over $99 CAD
  • Fully tracked and insured

We’ve chosen UPS to avoid delays from Canada Post strikes and ensure a smoother delivery experience.

All U.S. orders ship with DHL Express or UPS Standard, depending on your selected option at checkout.

  • DHL Express (2–3 business days) β€” $24.99 CAD
    Fast, tracked, and insured. 5% duties automatically added at checkout. Any extra import fees are covered by K9 Odyssey.
  • UPS Standard (4–8 business days) β€” $14.99 CAD
    Reliable tracked delivery. Duties automatically added at checkout.

We’ve done our best to keep international rates as low as possible despite new U.S. tariff policies, and we’re covering surprise import fees so you don’t have to.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS or DHL tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

K9 Odyssey is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss once your package is in transit.
However, we’re happy to help resolve any issues and assist with carrier claims whenever possible.

Customs & Duties

For U.S. customers, a 5% duty is automatically added at checkout, and any additional import fees are billed to K9 Odyssey, not the customer.

For all other international orders (outside the U.S.), customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
K9 Odyssey is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
