Processing Time
All K9 Odyssey gear is handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship through Canada Post and UPS with flat, tracked shipping rates for Canada and the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping – $10 
Free Shipping – Orders $50 and up

Estimated Delivery Times
Within Canada: 4–10 business days after shipping
United States: 5–12 business days after shipping, depending on location and customs processing

Customs & Duties
Additional fees such as customs, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. K9 Odyssey is not responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, K9 Odyssey is not responsible for delays or damage. We’ll always assist in filing a claim and do our best to help resolve any issues.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. K9 Odyssey is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
